Staying at the campsite Saint Amand will allow you to be a stone’s throw away from many tourist sites. You have so much to discover in Ardèche!
We have a tourist information point at the reception where we provide you with many leaflets and we also invite you to contact Largentière Tourist Office to better prepare your visits during your stay.

Our department is characterized enormously by character villages of which the closest are : Balazuc (15 min), Bannes (15 min), Labeaume (20 min), Naves (30 min), Alba-la-Romaine (30 min), Antraigues (40 min). They are certified “Most beautiful villages in France”.

Apart from these villages of character, we have villages that are more touristic and the name will surely tell you something: Joyeuse (10 min), Ruoms (10 min), Vogüé (15 min), Vallon Pont d’Arc (30 min).
And of course Aubenas (25 min), the capital of the south Ardèche with its castle overlooking the city.

In your itinerary of visit, you must not miss the famous Pont d’Arc, a must in the Ardèche ! But also the Grotte Chauvet 2, the perfect replica of the Caverne du Pont d’Arc. And it is not the only cave to visit: you can also find the Grotte de Saint-Marcel d’Ardèche and the Grotte de la Madeleine.

In Ardèche there are also avens, you absolutely must visit the Great Site of the Aven d’Orgnac which is fabulous and the Aven Marzal. For the more sporty, the Bois de Païolive is to be discovered, a magnificent view awaits you halfway through the course.

The Ardèche heritage is full of treasures, including its natural sites: Sampzon Rock (30 min), the Resurgence of the Font Vive à Grospierres (30 min), the Ibie Valley and the Gorges de l’Ardèche.
