Day 1
Morning
Vals-les-Bains country market, every Sunday from 9am to 1pm, come and taste the local produce offered by our Ardèche producers.
Discover and stroll through the Vals-les-Bains park. Here you’ll find the Source de l’Intermittente, discovered in 1865, which you can watch gush forth every six hours (10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in winter, 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in summer).
Afternoon
Thermes de Vals-les-Bains: “Les Bassins du Séquoia” sensory trail (indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot bath, cold bath, massage jets, sauna, hammam, relaxation area, herbal tea room). You can also choose an à la carte massage, which gives you access to the Sequoia pools for 2 hours.

Day 2
Morning
Stroll through the village of Balazuc, listed as one of France’s most beautiful villages. Discover its little houses clinging to the cliff above the river, its cobbled streets and its many craft stores. Enjoy the view from the top of the Romanesque church.
Afternoon
Enjoy a moment of relaxation with a solo or duo massage session at Mes instants détente in Lachapelle-sous-Aubenas. Choose from a wide range of massages, treatments and scrubs! Sessions last between 55 minutes and 2h40, depending on the service chosen.

Day 3
Morning
Reconnect with nature and discover the benefits of mindful walking through introductory and sensory activities in the forest with a professional guide in Ruoms. A relaxing, low-mobility activity for adults only.

Afternoon
Enjoy a relaxing hot stone massage at L’instant d’Ailleurs in Ruoms. This 1h30 session will enable you to let go, detoxify your body and improve your circulation. Hot stone massage is a massage technique using volcanic basalt stones, which have numerous benefits for body and mind.
Price: €70
Afterwards, treat yourself to a glass of top-quality ice cream at the “Aux Glaces de mon Père”. Located in Ruoms, just a 5-minute drive from the “L’instant d’Ailleurs” institute, this ice cream parlour offers a wide variety of flavours that you’ll be delighted to discover.
Price range: 5€ – 22€.

Day 4
Morning
Visit Labeaume, a village of character on the banks of the Beaume River, surrounded by cliffs and rocks. Here you’ll discover an old stall, an ancient forge, a mill, the large Place du Sablas and a bridge linking Labeaume to the neighboring village of Auriolles. You can also discover the many artisan boutiques along Labeaume’s cobbled streets. Every Thursday morning from June to the end of September, you can take a guided tour of the village, lasting around 1h30. The meeting point is at the Maison de Labeaume.
Afternoon
Spend a relaxing afternoon at La Perle d’Eau, an aquatic complex and spa located in the hills above Lablachère. Relax in the wellness area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. La Perle d’eau also offers a range of treatments and massages, as well as wellness packages.

Day 5
Morning
In Jaujac, enjoy a creative walk in nature with the 4 elements. This 4-hour walk is punctuated by creative relaxations to help you let go and relieve stress – a great way to start your day.

Afternoon
Discover the village of Thueyts, passing through its medieval alleyways with their beautiful architecture. Don’t miss the Pont du Diable, an emblematic stone bridge over the Ardèche river. Relax on the beach in front of the bridge and admire the beautiful scenery.

Day 6
Morning
Discover the Ruoms market, where you can taste the fresh local produce offered by numerous producers. You’ll also find crafts such as pottery, decorative objects, jewelry and textiles. The market takes place on the Place Général de Gaulle from 8am to 2pm from 01/09 to 30/06 and from 8am to 2:30pm from 01/07 to 31/08.
Afternoon
Explore the Gorges de l’Ardèche on the 24km tourist route that overlooks this magnificent wild canyon. You can ride it by car or by bike, as you wish. There are several lookouts along the way, so you can admire the superb scenery! During your ascent, you’re sure to come across wild goats, as well as birds of all kinds.
