Visit Castanea in Joyeuse : In the former convent of the Oratorians in the heart of the medieval city of Joyeuse, Castanea welcomes you to discover the chestnut tree, its delicious fruit and its many traditional varieties.

Then go to Terra Cabra in Planzolles, the goat and picodon museum. The visit “From goat to Picodon” invites you to share the secrets of how Picodon PDO goat cheese is made.

Before returning to the campsite, stop in the old Joyeuse and leave with delicious dishes that will delight your taste buds.
First of all at Marc Sandevoir’s boutique La Conserverie, discover his artisanal preparations: rillettes, foies gras, vegetable spreads, soups (cold and hot), confits, etc. Marc Sandevoir only uses high quality raw materials and processes them with care in accordance with the traditions of the master craftsmen of yesteryear.

Day 2
Discover our wine-growing heritage through the different Ardèche estates.
Start your Rosières circuit at Domaine de Grangeon
particularly attached to the production of wines made from Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Gamay for the red and Chatus, Viognier and Chardonnay for the whites. Domaine du Grangeon is one of the pioneering winegrowers of the 21st century who have given new life to Chatus, an extremely rare grape variety typical of the Monts d’Ardèche.
Continue to Château de la Selve in Grospierres where you will discover 9 PGI vintages Coteaux de l’Ardèche.
Continue to Domaine de Chazalis in Beaulieu and we invite you to visit a third and final estate, Domaine de Peyre Brune in Beaulieu too, at the foot of the Serre mountain and its garrigues.
Day 3
Discover the Ardèche wines in Néovinum in Ruoms during a guided tour (1h15). This is a fun and interactive visit followed by an introduction to the tasting of 3 wines.
